The Legal Issue

Our member (name withheld for privacy reasons), a former mine worker, found himself in a difficult situation after being declared medically unfit in April 2021. Before leaving the mine, he was asked to complete insurance company forms but was given no explanation about their purpose. Time passed, and his rightful claim remained unpaid.
