We are always trying to make our services easier to access and simpler to understand. Especially now in this digital age, where we have seen so many of our clients enjoy accessing our services through social media channels like WhatsApp and Facebook; or instantly talking to a consultant through Live Chat on our website.
In a further effort to improve our digital capability and introduce new service platforms, we are preparing to move to a new computer system in October 2021. We know that the new computer system will help to better serve our members. We have done lots of planning and preparation and we trust that all will go smoothly during the change from one system to the next. We do not expect major disruptions while this process is taking place, but if there are, we will be sure to keep you updated.
Part of this system change will be a simplified and updated personal legal membership agreement, which going forward will be called the Membership Agreement. Your current personal legal document will remain in effect until 12 October 2021 or until we move to the new system.
In the Membership Agreement, we have focused on improving and simplifying the legal language; and we have also added lots of examples to help explain complex legal concepts. This is in line with PPR legislation and our promise to treat customers fairly. We hope you find it easier to understand.
