If you were an active and fully paid-up Policy A member before 1 July 2024, and have kept your membership active and paid-up since then, you still qualify for the full income tax return services—this includes completion and submission via SARS eFiling, as well as supporting document uploads.
However, if you joined or rejoined Policy A after 1 July 2024, or had a break in your membership, you no longer qualify for these full tax services under Policy A. To get the complete tax return benefit, you’ll need to upgrade to Platinum.
