Do you know that you can challenge the credit bureau if you have been negatively blacklisted by going to the Credit Ombud? You must first try to resolve your complaint with the credit/service provider or credit bureau concerned, but if you are unhappy, or don’t get a response to your complaint within twenty (20) working days, you can go the Credit Ombud to take things further. #StaySmart
