Who we are

Scorpion Legal Protection (RF) (Pty) Ltd is a non-mandated intermediary underwritten by Legal Expenses Insurance Southern Africa Limited. We have been providing affordable legal assistance to members since 1996 and have helped numerous people defend and enforce their rights.

In 2008, we created the Scorpion Funeral Plan to provide members with funeral insurance at competitive rates.

What we do

We provide solutions to legal problems at low premiums. Among the variety of services offered, our members have access to paralegal advice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also have independent attorneys supporting our members in court matters or when they need formal legal representation.

Lastly, our Funeral plan provides members with the financial means to give their family a dignified funeral backed by a team of attorneys. This includes access to paralegal advice on any of the legal challenges they may face when finalising the deceased individual’s estate.
